Motorized Blinds
Many motorized blinds now use batteries instead of being hardwired. During each visit, we replace the batteries with rechargeable ones to ensure your blinds continue to provide the desired level of light or darkness.

Water Softener Systems
Our water softener maintenance process begins with testing your water hardness using a hard water test kit. We then replace the sediment pre-filter as needed, exercise the bypass valve, clean the venturi valve, run a regeneration cycle, drain and clean the salt solution tank, and replace any broken parts as necessary.

Window Cleaning
In addition to allowing more light to enter your space, clean windows can uplift your spirits and help you feel more awake. Neglected windows are at a higher risk of etching, weakening the glass over time and making it prone to shattering.
